"Came out the first time in October of 2014 to inspect our house for where squirrels had gained access and found 5 entry places.  They trapped and relocated one squirrel, then installed a one-way door to get rid of the rest, as well as some wood rats, then repaired all the entry locations so they couldn't get back in.  Their inspection flagged some dangerous wire damage by the squirrels that we were able to repair and avert the fire risk, as well as insulation damage.  In April of 2015 we needed them to come back because a warped fascia board had allowed another entry point.  They responded immediately, and within a week had gotten the squirrels out and repaired the entry hole.  These guys are really professional, responsive, and know their stuff!  <br />"
