"Our sewer had become stopped, and between the backup and heavy rains leaking into the basement, there were about 2 inches of water standing in the basement.  I called D&M around 3:15 on a Sunday afternoon, and left a message on their plumbing emergency line.  Within 15 minutes John had called back and confirmed that he would be on his way.  He arrived, took a look at the cleanout, and brought in the sewer auger.  He removed the clog, which was tree roots and baby wipes, checked to make sure that the sewer was now draining freely, and sold me some root killer to use to prevent a reoccurrence of the problem.  John was pleasant and personable, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. <br />"
