We can do commercial, residential, architectural, mechanical, electrical, as-builts, transferring from paper to cad, construction documents you name it. We can produce signed architectural and mechanical drawings for permit submittal. Still looking for electrical engineer to work with. We can do site surveys and create background for existing structures instead of hiring an architect to do it. We also available are to do shop drawings and as-builts. We currently use AutoCAD software for our plans. "That was the worse service we ever got in years. The quality of partially done work is absolutely awful (anyone can come and see for yourself). The garage floor ended up bumpy (uneven), rough (like course sand paper) and blemished. The job was quite quite messy all around including screwing up our driveway with painting material. There was a promise to redo (fix) all that work, cleaning up the driveway..., but State Performance Inc. just disappeared (stopped to respond). Be aware!"

With proper care and maintenance, solvent-based and solid residential epoxy flooring can last 10 to 20 years, while water-based epoxy flooring lasts three to five years. Water-based epoxy is less durable, making it more susceptible to regular wear and tear. Commercial epoxy concrete flooring that experiences heavy foot traffic may only last two to three years.
Maintaining epoxy garage floors is relatively easy. You can sweep up dirt and debris with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, then use a mild cleaning solution intended for epoxy floors to scrub away stains. Avoid using soap-based or chemical cleaners. Mopping an epoxy garage floor regularly with warm water can do the trick.
