After becoming accustomed to contractors who donâ t return calls , donâ t show up as scheduled , have a revolving door of inexperienced employees who are frequently characters you do not want in your home , CNY Flooring was a breath of fresh air ! Sid promptly got back to me , was able to get me on the schedule right away and showed up on time everyday until the job was finished . Sid and his two employees were friendly ,courteous and professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. I absolutely LOVE my new hardwood floors , which replaced nasty disgusting carpet in four bedrooms . The whole process was so pleasant and easy that I plan to have them install new flooring in my basement. I feel like his price was reasonable, although I must admit that I didnâ t get other estimates because I was so impressed with his initial responsiveness and wanted to avoid the whole hassle of getting others to return my calls to secure estimates . I just went with my gut and Iâ m so glad I did . I am thrilled with the work and feel like I paid a fair price ."

He told me he could make them look new. I was a bit skeptical. By the time these floors were done it looks like a brand new house. The old flooring looks so worm and inviting. The new floors flow so nice with the look of the refinished hardwood floors. The new kitchen and bathroom floors are vinyl and very easy to clean. There were a few problems with the trim and detail work, but what I appreciated is that Yordania was very respectful and was committed to making everything right, however many trips it took. I also appreciated that she did some extras, such as installing a new toilet seat in my powder room and new plywood under my kitchen sink. Do not hesitate to tell her if you are unhappy with anything. She will do right by you. I would use this company again."
