"What a great experience ! After becoming accustomed to contractors who donâ t return calls , donâ t show up as scheduled , have a revolving door of inexperienced employees who are frequently characters you do not want in your home , CNY Flooring was a breath of fresh air ! Sid promptly got back to me , was able to get me on the schedule right away and showed up on time everyday until the job was finished . Sid and his two employees were friendly ,courteous and professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. I absolutely LOVE my new hardwood floors , which replaced nasty disgusting carpet in four bedrooms . The whole process was so pleasant and easy that I plan to have them install new flooring in my basement. I feel like his price was reasonable, although I must admit that I didnâ t get other estimates because I was so impressed with his initial responsiveness and wanted to avoid the whole hassle of getting others to return my calls to secure estimates . I just went with my gut and Iâ m so glad I did . I am thrilled with the work and feel like I paid a fair price ."

"Our pro was amazing and he did it all by himself!"

"Scott did a great job installing my floors! He installed prefinished hardwoods in my upstairs, downstairs and staircase. My floors are beautiful!"

"I’m really happy with how my new laminate floors turned out. The installation itself looks great—it’s a big improvement to the look of my home. The crew was efficient and got the job done well. The only downside was the amount of dust left behind. The new floors, mudroom, and even my garage were completely covered in dust after the job. Six months later, I’m still finding dust in the garage. That said, the final product looks fantastic and I’m overall very satisfied with the quality of the work. Thank you Courtney and Tim."

"I am very pleased with the work that Brandon Smith did. I already had him on a second project , I also have in mind for a few more projects that I need done. Thank you."

"They did a decent job. The reason I gave 5 stars is because they fixed the problems I pointed out. There were a few problems with the trim and detail work, but what I appreciated is that Yordania was very respectful and was committed to making everything right, however many trips it took. I also appreciated that she did some extras, such as installing a new toilet seat in my powder room and new plywood under my kitchen sink. Do not hesitate to tell her if you are unhappy with anything. She will do right by you. I would use this company again."

"Did what they promised and showed up on time and remained until the job was done. Could have cleaned up a bit better but on the whole Steve and Zach are friendly, professional, and skilled in carpentry and other types of contracting work."

"It was good. The way they did the work, it turned out perfectly. The materials they used were great."

"We had a specific remodel we needed done to convert an unconventional part of our home into a more useable, private space. They made it exactly what we needed! The difference in how we use our home has been unbelievable honestly, totally changed it for the better, and has added so much value to our home. They were very patient with flooring choices and responsive to any questions we had, or ideas for specific details I proposed. They discovered some water damage during the demo they had to do and were very upfront about it and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. They could have just recovered it, as it added an extra days worth of work to the project that they might not have had available in their schedule, and wed have never known. We could not be happier, and they are coming back next month to do some work in our bathroom!"
