He had to tear down the old wood existing deck completely and built us a beautiful composite deck within our budget. When he finished it we thought it would be nice to rebuild the front steps and match it to the deck and Jeremy was more than willing to come back a day later in the week after he had already spent the day working on someone elses deck build and built the steps to the porch and added railings to match. So I phoned Jesse Raynor in the morning, he arrived in the afternoon, found the problematic vent pipe and fixed it as quickly as all the snow would allow. Unlike a previous contractor who had merely caulked the pipe, Mr Raynor replaced it with a new pipe. Thus the leak was finally stopped; and the new vent pipe is also an aesthetic improvement over the old damaged one. Nicely, tastefully executed work."
