I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns. However, the rest of the team really needs to fix their communication and customer service."

"Question answered. After some energetic snaking produced only mud and gravel, we declared it either to be a "collapsed pipe" or a catch basin. Technician snaked a neighboring pipe to see if there was a back door into the suspected catch basin, but no luck. Next step: find someone to dig up the old basin then install a sump pump w. basin."

"Gene phoned prior to arrival just as promised. He also arrived within the window of time I was given. It took him about 30 minutes to complete the repair. He also did preventative maintenance on the hot water side as well since both valves are the same age. He even let me know where my water shutoff is located since living in a condo makes it a little confusing. Additionally the price came in just as I was prepared for with the initial quote. Great experience!"

We had other people out there inspecting the crawlspace, but no one except for The Crawlspace Crew had the guts to crawl the whole thing in the not so pretty parts of the crawlspace, and because of that we noticed that he had a broken pipe and leak. You were very impressive with your services, I wish you did plumbing too! I believe one of your guys is a home inspector (Travis I think?), and he was really thorough and good and he is on the maintenance board for the HOA and he wants to recommend to every one of their homeowners that we inspect their crawlspace."

"Michael (company president; construction) and Justin (plumbing) work effectively as a team and were able to locate and repair a broken ABS drainage pipe in a wall, as well as replace drywall and replaster the wall. One of the advantages of using Portland Pacific Construction is that rather than hiring a plumber, a handyman, and a drywall finisher separately, the PPC team is able to do all this at one time. They are cooperative and responsive to customer needs and requests. They took the time and effort to get the job done right. "After inspecting our foundation earlier, Q determined that we needed a sump pump (which we suspected). His quote was reasonable compared to others we had heard about, so we went ahead with it.
His team of three guys worked hard for two days digging drainage trenches and installing the pump in a couple of feet of standing water. We then had to wait about a week for the water to pump out and to dry out so a new vapor barrier and gravel could be added. This was done during a cold winter where it took longer for the area to thaw and dry out so the delay was kind of a bummer, but not at all Ethereal's fault.
When they returned, they were able to finish up in one day (so three days of work total) and cleaned up after themselves very well. The guys were pleasant and happy to answer questions during the work and Q was careful to follow up and check on the work. All in all a great group to work with as long as you're realistic about the work necessary and time involved."
