"Marcelo and his team did a beautiful job on my bathroom remodel. They got rid of the old pink tile and bathtub that was covered with Bath Fitter panels that caused mold. They were punctual and communicated any issues and gave me suggestions about how the tile should be laid. They cleaned up everyday before they left. Marcelo is meticulous, so don’t expect a rush job. He built and installed a linen cabinet for the bathroom as well. I hired them again to cover the old plaster walls in the bedrooms with 3/8” Sheetrock because they weren’t in the best condition. They taped, plastered and primed the walls so well that I don’t want to paint them. They also installed new windows and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We’ve already started designing my dream kitchen for next Spring’s project. Hire them, you will not be disappointed!!"

Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate. The roofs look beautiful, and we are already seeing efficiency as a result of the replacement. The BSE team followed up after completion to ensure we were happy. "In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"

"Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! "The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."
