"It went great! John I was amazing. He did a great job, and because the jobs my wife and I have we were only available for weekends. So we had John for 4 hours, we didn’t realize he would finish everything so fast, so we had to give him additional tasks. We felt Bad, but he did help with tasks which my wife and I knew we would have trouble with. He ripped out carpet in an adjoining room, installed a door that we had bought, and put up some exterior lights, and mounted a Tv. He also took pictures so he could give us estimates/quotes for future projects. John was very honest, social, polite, and most importantly transparent. "My wife and I recently hired Mulligan Painting to repaint the exterior of our large 8 room colonial house with screened-in porch (painted inside and out), garage, and fences. We were utterly delighted with the result and with our experience in working with this company. Kyle Mulligan, son of the owner (Gerry) quickly responded to our inquiry. He came out at the end of April to give us an assessment and a very reasonable estimate (within a few days). We settled on a date at the beginning of July. The start date was postponed by one day due to rain but Gerry, Kyle and their crew of three men arrived right on time the next day and went immediately to work. Even though the temperature reached the mid-nineties that day, these guys barely took a break. Over the course of the four days that it took to paint our house and garage, the crew worked tirelessly and knowledgeably, applying two primer coats and one finish coat. They paid careful attention to every detail, including the trim and the doors (which were different colors), and everything looks just perfect! In addition, the guys did their best to be as unintrusive as possible. They were polite, professional, hard-working, very trustworthy, just good people. Gerry and Kyle answered any questions we had and offered suggestions when we needed them. One thing to know is that we had not anticipated that they would need to leave their ladders in our back yard for the length of the project. They also needed to use some of the space in our garage to store supplies during that time but all of that actually made the most sense efficiency-wise. In summary, we had an excellent experience with Mulligan Painting and would not hesitate to hire them again. They were great!"

"Our experience with MA Design and Construction Co was seamless from start to finish. From the initial consult with a project manager to working directly with the owners of the company our front door project was as easy as renovations in your home can go. They were flexible about timing, communicative, and very easy to work with. We initially had our two front doors replaced and ended adding a portico to the front entrance as well. Marc, Raquel and their crew of many were able to accommodate our last minute request and finished the job with out pause. The carpenters and painters worked cleanly and did not leave any trace of their work behind, which is important for me with a dog, a few cats and small children.
