"I contacted three companies for bids. ?Lamar Lang with Titan was easily the most professional company representative that looked at the job. ?His explanations were clear and he went out of his way to discuss all options with me. We agreed to move forward back in February understanding it would take about 8 weeks for delivery of the custom windows. The new windows?arrived the last week in April and we scheduled installation for 5/3. ?The crew arrived on time, carefully covered the floor and all furniture in the work area and completed the installation in about 6 hours. They even took time to touch up some of the exterior paint as they worked. ?By the end of the day we had new windows and you would not have known they had ever been here.? Within 24 hours I had a call from management checking to make sure i was pleased with the installation and to ask if I had any questions and/or issues. "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer.
