"I was using American Irrigation Repair since 2015. Every year, they were coming to maintain my irrigation system and they were mainly fixing my sprinkler heads. This year, I had no call and I am still waiting for my 2018 tune up... :) I should admit that I didn't call them but, before, they were calling me every year in May/June (since 2015) but it looks like that they forget me this year.... Nothing really bad to say except that I am a little disppointed."

"Aaron and his team were very easy to work with. Throughout the whole process, Aaron was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. He worked with our schedule and came out at a time that was convenient for us to go over the different options they provided and to show samples. He was upfront about the cost of material and labor, and did a great job explaining all the different products. He made our decision to install turf very easy and within the same day, he got a quote sent over to us. We decided to modify the original layout to include a paver walkway and rock surrounding. Aaron was quick to accommodate our customization and revised the quote right away to reflect the changes. Once we reviewed the quote, we paid our deposit through one of the many payment options they offer. Within the same week, Aaron got us scheduled for the installation, booking us two weeks out. From consultation to installation, the entire project was completed just under 3 weeks. On installation day, the team showed up as scheduled and began looking over the yard for sprinkler heads and any other concerns we had. Work began right away and they worked tirelessly to complete our project the same day. We couldn’t be happier with our turf and pavers. Our dogs love it and it’s so easy to keep clean. I was worried that our dogs’ nails would tear up the turf but after a brutal play session the first day, I can say with confidence that the turf will hold up to the dogs running around and cutting back and forth. If we ever move or have any properties in the future, we’ll definitely be contacting Aaron and Southern Turf for another project."

"Chase came out that evening to help with our problem of our sprinklers suddenly going off, and not stopping.  Then he looked over the equipment to see what needed to be done to fix the sprinkler system.  He did not charge for this. (Our lawn guy was going to charge me $35 just to turn the water off so the sprinklers wouldn't come on anymore.) <br /> <br />  Later I found out this was Chase's day off!  OMG!  He told me they believe in treating their customers like they're family, and he certainly did.  He didn't want me to have to worry about the sprinklers suddenly going off again, and wasting water.  I was impressed. <br /> <br /> He told me he could do the repairs in 2 days, and he would call me.  He called at the time he said he would call, and he came out even earlier than we expected. He did call and say he was able to be here earlier to fix the sprinklers.  I was so impressed with his dependability. <br /> <br /> When he came out, he showed me exactly what he would be installing, and explained everything to me.  When the work was completed, he explained exactly how to use the system, and showed me exactly what to do.  He explained things so well, I understood all of what he was telling me.  This is an incredible company.  Chase is a rare breed these days.  Very thoughtful, dependable, communicative, and more than fair. <br /> <br /> If I could give an A+++++++ I would!!!    I'm so pleased and happy I found Heartland Spinkler Company!!!!!!"
