They repaired and waterproofed a large vertical crack in our foundation where water was entering He also stands by his company’s warranty as an area we had done almost 10years ago was showing some evidence of water and they redid it without charge using newest materials. When job was completed all grass and landscaping were put back in place. Since the work was completed we have not had any other problems with water getting in our basement area."

"After 29 years, it was time to replace our 25-year roof. Ansen did the job! Derek was very helpful in helping us choose the correct color. Lots of choices, all quality products. Very informative. Price was very reasonable. Scheduling was great & reliable. He called the evening before to confirm after checking the weather (it was so-so for a few days). If it rains, they have to reschedule. He said they crew would show up around 7:15AM +/- 15 minutes. I got the call at 7:15 as they pulled up to my house. The actual noisy part of the work began around 9 AM to be respectful to the neighbors. 6 sheets of plywood had to be replaced. Derek showed me where and why. He used 1/2" plywood (code) - Douglas fir (quality). Job was completed on time. During the original estimate he recommend replacement of the gutter guards which was also done. Clean-up was thorough. He had to come back once to fix a small problem with a vent hose. He was there when he said he would. He also gave me an extra package of shingles should repairs ever be needed. I don't have pictures, but Derek will provide a list of completed jobs, including the brand & color used so you can see them. Need a roof? Call Ansen."

"I can’t say enough positive things about them! The team was just wonderful. They were thorough, conscientious, professional, and dedicated to getting the job done right. They uncovered the source of the leak (which took removing bricks and stone), fixed it, waterproofed the roof, and put everything back so perfectly that you’d never know any work had been done at all. There have been several very heavy rains since then and the garage has stayed dry. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again."

"Ray was everything. If you have a critter removal need, you've found your contact. He came immediately the day we called him and evaluated the situation (raccoons on our property) in a Raccoon Dundee style, which made us laugh! He has decades of experience in wildlife removal and it shows. He was efficient and told us exactly where and how many raccoons were on our roof and how long they'd been there. He gave us two options for removal and explained the benefits and explanation for using each one. One route involved a lower fee and focused on tactically chasing the animals away rather than trapping. We chose this option and so far the animals have not returned.
