Four seasons staff are true professionals, they had a crew of 20 people working from 7:00 am till about 5:00 p.m. They arrived fully equipped and worked until roof was completed. The following day the Gutters were installed and voila!, my roof was completed and my yard was cleaned as if nothing happened. Professional service. "Royal Roofing did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. When it came to the roof, they arrived at 7:30am and were done by 3pm. Before they began working everything was carefully tarped and protected – including the neighbor’s house. Throughout the project, Mike, the project manager, kept us up-to-date about the progress with pictures taken from a drone. The drone pictures were also given to us for our records. We had the gutters done on another day, and once again, the job was done right. There was attention to detail from start to finish. Both Mike, and Jamie who worked on the gutters, took pride in their work. The roof, gutters and soffits look great. The old roofing and gutters and the mess that goes with the jobs was removed and everything was cleaned up before they left. Mike, the project manager, was great. He came to our house with a drone for the estimate and familiarized us with the work that they do and the warranties that come with the job. All of our questions were answered and written estimates provided. While the roof was being worked on Mike was onsite making sure that everything ran smoothly. He interacted well with the neighbors and put everyone at ease. When the gutters were done, he kept in touch and once again, everything went well. I definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

"Power did a good job installing the windows that I needed to do, except for one window that did not fit,a bit of an inconvenience for me because I had to move a lot of furniture to get the space needed for there workspace.They say that in a week's time they will get the correct sized window installed.The other windows that were installed look great."

The attention to detail that D & S Roofing provided was an absolute, and worthy, "10" on a scale of 1 to 10. Every question we had throughout the 2-day operation was addressed immediately. "It didn't go very well. The gentleman came and looked at the roof. He said that he would send us a summary of what he found but we never received it. He just looked at the roof, he never did any work. He was on time. I am less likely to use them again. He didn't really do any work, he just looked at the roof for 10/15 minutes."

"Rich was extremely professional and his crew was polite and respectful of my property. They were as neat and tidy as you can be with roof work. The roof looks terrific. I'm extremely happy with the work. I recommend Rich and company with confidence. In retrospect, I'm sorry Rich and I didn't discuss installing new insulation while the roof was open. Insulating while they were roofing would have saved me the additional step of having to do it later. That's the only thing I would have done differently. Nonetheless, the roof looks great and the job was completed quickly and professionally. One other note: Before hiring Rich, I called three roofers for estimates. One roofer sent a "salesperson" to close the deal. Their prices were in range with Rich's prices, but I was skeptical about meeting a "salesperson" rather than the contractor. Another roofer showed up, looked around, told me he was familiar with my house type so he didn't need to measure and said he would get back to me with an estimate. I never heard from him despite the several messages I left at his office. Rich was the third roofer to come by. He measured, he explained the product, he gave me a timeline, and he calculated a price. I'm glad I followed my gut and hired him on the spot. It was a smart decision."
