Our repair was inspected , estimated, and completed within a week. He also noted some other possible leak sites by a roof dormer and sealed those. All scraps and leftover materials were picked up, leaving the yard and sidewalk spotless. James gives a one year warranty on their work. I would use them again if I need any roof repairs. The cost was in the midrange of the estimated costs by Home Advisor."

Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. They did a power wash of our cedar fence and restained. It looks brand new!! We enjoyed getting to know our Project Manager Desmond and his boss Ryan. Also looked over the interior of our home and was able to get our insurance company to repair and paint our ceiling also. He and his crew were at our home within a week. Had the roof done in one day. "Very responsive and always polite. Crews did a careful job removing the roof, keeping noise to a reasonable level, installing and cleaning up. The only down was an unplanned increase in the amount of replacement wood needed but perhaps that cannot be fully anticipated before seeing the state of the roof.
