"I found GenJazz through Angi, and Fernando came by and measured, took pics, and listened to what my wife and I wanted. He was friendly and personable. Super nice guy. Really appreciated that he understood what we were trying to do with this space. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but it did seem the most responsive to our vision. We made some changes on the fly. After initial demo, we decided we wanted to upgrade the stone around the bath as well. We made changes to the glass surround choice, even sourced a reasonably priced custom cultured marble shower pan, which Fernando and his guys thought would look great. They were SUPER responsive, and tried to help us save money where it made sense. Also, ALL of the guys that did the work were kind, thoughtful, and polite. Alfonso, Joe, and workers were great with my wife, 4 kids, and puppy, who were always around since we homeschool. They cared about the quality of the work. Super happy with the bathroom, and would pick them again!"

In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. "I hired this company to renovate a garage that was converted into a family room approx 60 years ago by my parents. The space included a shower, toilet, in small area. After inheriting the house, I hired this company to update the bathroom, which was the original construction 1955, only a cement finish. Additionally, he transformed the family room into a bedroom for myself and added a sink vanity and mirror, installed new doors, and laid tile in the vanity area, bthrm, & shower stall. Before & after pictures will be posted, noting that the before pictures depict the space when it was rented by someone else. Company owner Raul, demonstrated exceptional expertise and provided valuable feedback throughout the project. "Best in the business! This was the 2nd house I've remodeled and Dave & his team outperformed all previous positive experiences & expectations. They removed 3 pony-walls, installed new porcelain, large tile flooring throughout (2200 sq ft), remodeled the bath to enlarge the shower,-added a modern stand-alone tub, installed new double marble-topped vanity, marble mosaic wainscotting throughout the bath, a marble-porcelain 7-foot long/12-foot high shower with luxury finishes (marble bench & rainshowers) & a chandelier above the tub with sconces flanking a 6-ft long mirror. They renovated the kitchen with new cabinets, pendant lights, quartz countertops on a new, better positioned island that Dave designed, porcelain flooring, under-cabinet lighting, and gas-burning double-sided fireplace before installing gas-top stove, electric wall ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher and double-work sink. They even installed 3 chandeliers (living room, dining & media rooms), drapery hardware at eight floor-length (12-ft high) windows & sliders, and an amazing new wet bar with vessel sink and marble with brass inlay backsplash!! They're prompt, hard-working (many times working on Saturdays and Sundays to meet deadlines), kept the project moving - even with supply delays (store's fault - not theirs) and additions I requested. They're attentive to detail, sensitive to HOA demands (never arriving too early & removing outdoor trash immediately), and professional at every turn - keeping the workspace clean/tidy. Dave goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers, reviving the art of customer service and taking it to a whole new level. For example, and though it wasn't on my list of repairs, he noted that my "new" home's air ducts needed cleaning - and shopped around for quotes I could afford. Likewise, he flushed my failing water heater in attempts to save it (original to house built in 1997). I can't say enough about this fabulous team of professionals who are as kind and personable as they are professional and skilled. I strongly recommend Dave and his team for ANY home remodel you're considering. Dave's part-designer in addition to being a fabulous contractor. He made several suggestions along the way, and I'm glad I took his advice (otherwise I wouldn't have this amazing, gourmet kitchen w/double-fireplace!). I interviewed and researched several contractors before engaging him with most exceeding his quotes by 15-25%. He's reasonably priced, comes when he says he'll be there, and makes sure the client is happy with the final product. (He even checks back a couple of weeks after the job is completed to ensure everything is functioning as it's supposed to.) I'm hiring him for my next project of replacing entry doors, and am absolutely confident he'll do a phenomenal job! THANKS DAVE, LOU and WAYNE!!! You're the BEST!!
