"My entire first floor had flood damage. This company took care of everything. The owner, Miguel Morales, is an absolute professional. He and his crew do superb work in a very timely manner. Everything was done exactly how I asked. He even made improvements to make things easier for me. I was more than satisfied with the quality of the work done. I will be lining up more work for him to do. I feel very fortunate to have found his company!"

"Great honest contractors. They did my bathrooms, hot water heater, unclogged my house drain and they did a French drain so my basement is not wet anymore. I already hired them to do my whole roof in the spring. I will hire them anytime."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"From the very first contact I made with Michael, he demonstrated expert knowledge of structural roofing repair and home improvement projects. He was very professional in his work and interactions with me. As soon as I called him, he spent at least 30 minutes speaking with me concerning his work experience and discussing the project that I was seeking assistance with. He quickly arranged to meet me at the home at a time convenient for me even though it meant close to an hour drive for him on a weekend. He was transparent in his business transactions, fairly estimating the cost of the project and providing documentation of costs. At each stage of this project, which involved demolition and rebuilding of the carport roof, Michael kept me updated via phone calls, text messages and email. He was very accommodating in doing additional work that I requested. He and his crew cleaned up the work area outside the home at the end of each day. The finished project was great. To say that I was pleased and satisfied with the work he performed on the home would be an understatement. Honest, reliable, hardworking, Michael was the consummate professional.

"Jason did an amazing job with our project. We live on the sound and kill Devil Hills and our insurance company requested. We replace some of the cedar shingles due to wind/rain damage. He worked with us on the quote and was able to accomplish the job in a timely manner. We appreciated him sending pictures as he worked to keep us updated on the progress. This is a second home for us so we were not on site but communication was very easy with him. Highly recommend."

"They did a good job.  I have an electric fireplace."

"The roof is still in great shape.  They did the work in a single day."

"Chris and Cristano did a great job painting the whole interior of my home in Southern Shores. My refreshed walls look great, thanks to them! I highly recommend CPG Property Maintenance!"
