"Excellent! Met prior to job to match new shingles to ones they had installed on my house back in 2013. Workers arrived early morning to work ahead of the afternoon heat. Three person crew completed the work in 3 long mornings. Employees used safety harnesses. Nice to see, since it protects them and me. They disposed of all shingles that had blown off origingal ridge cap and all shingle wrappers. Barn looked great!"

"This experience is proof that great people know great people!   <br /> Carl was not able to do the work personally because, as is typically the case, the great ones in any craft are difficult to get a hold of; his schedule was fully booked for the remainder of the year.  His wife provided me with suggestions for getting through the winter as well as checking with others that were capable and reliable that Carl would be comfortable referring me to.  They referred me to Kevin Lupo, who did an outstanding job.   <br /> Everything worked out as expected.  I explained my expectations in terms of protecting the roof and making sure that no debris or residual materials were left on the roof.  Kevin and I agreed on a price range, and we scheduled the work.  In that, Kevin was very flexible allowing for my work schedule so I was able to be there while he was working.  Kevin and his assistant were there and working without any need for supervision on my part -- which was good because I needed to be working while I was there. And they were done on time as expected. <br /> This goes to demonstrate the high-caliber character and work ethic of Carl, at Advanced Quality Chimney.  Once again, great people know great people and the fact that Carl referred me to Kevin proves that point.  I am 100% certain that I would have been taken care of just as well or better (if that's even possible!) if Carl had been able to do the work himself. <br /> I would refer anyone to Carl (or Kevin) at anytime for chimney work. <br />"

"Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. Greg, the salesperson checked on the job during installation and then came back after completion and went up on the roof to check the job. The installation crew were great guys and kept me updated each day on the progress and what they had done and what they still needed to do. They cleaned up after themselves each day and never left a mess. The whole job took 4 days."

"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"I waited until after the winter to post this review because i wanted to see how the install held up after it took a winter beating and the high winds of spring. The results were very positive, with the roof looking great. Jim was easy to work with, identified the problems we had, provided a temporary repair to stop leaks and found matching shingles and did the full job at near his quote cost (we needed more material after project started and needs were clearer). Jim had injured his foot and we did have delays due his recovery, but he got up on that steep roof as soon as he was able to do the job. He was quick to respond to inquiries and did no more than job required. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"Very well. Contractor was skilled at his trade, drywall was installed, taped, and mudded in a timely and skillful manner. He was/is punctual in keeping appointment and doing the work. Gave an estimate for the job that was reasonable. When done he cleaned up the work area. Jerry did such a nice job that my wife and I will keep his card and contact him in the future for home remodeling projects."
