"I had already purchased the tile so just needed someone to do the installation. Got excellent help picking a grout that best matched the tile. The tilers arrived on time and did a great job removing the old flooring, preparing the floor, and laying the tile. When the work was complete however I noticed that the sliding closet doors no longer slid/moved, the carpet was not cut to match the tile for one bathroom, and their was a noticeable difference between the height of the hall carpet and the new tile in the other bathroom. The tilers told me it was not their job to fix these problems. It was able to fix the closet door problems myself. I however had to call Ideal and schedule another time for their carpet guy to come out and fix the carpet/tile transition issues for the two bathrooms. It was a week later when the carpet guys came out and they did a great job finishing the job. For the price paid I was expecting someone in the original crew to have taken care of these 3 items."

"Omar was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, quick. He cleaned up completely after he was finished. However, Omar did not call me to tell me he was on his way, so I was surprised when he showed up at my door in a van without UpFront's name on it. His uniform did have the UpFront name on it. I had expected (from previous carpet cleanings with other companies) Omar to ask me what furniture needed to be moved & what stains I wanted treated. I expected him to tack up the skirt of my sofa & maybe put something under the wood furniture legs before cleaning. When I asked him to move an easy chair, end table, & coffee table, he willingly & quickly moved them. I wish he had reminded me that the bedroom curtains were resting on the carpet and needed to be shortened so that I could have done it instead of Omar tucking them into the blinds & wrinkling them. I would hire UpFront again and would recommend the company to others. But I would have different expectations before they arrived at my house. The cost was reasonable and inline with other companies."

They had many samples to choose from which seemed daunting, but after a few minutes of asking what my needs were, she led me to the carpet that I needed and loved. The carpet was available within a few days and the were able to install it within one week of me ordering it. The installers were very on time, professional, courteous, and did a great job installing my carpet. The installers for the tile were prompt and efficient. The install only took three days. The carpet installation only took six hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home. They may be a bit pricy, but you definitely are paying for what you get: excellent service, diligent workers, and efficient installation."
