"Our initial contact (Jon Long) came to estimate the job. He was quite knowledgeable and gave us some very helpful insights about the design. Since this was our first wooden privacy fence installation, Jon was also very patient as we needed a little extra time to make some adjustments to the fence plan. We had to review, discuss, and resolve any matters with our neighbors and The Woodlands Township in order to get approval to proceed. Once we received the green light, Lester Perkins then coordinated the actual construction/installation for our project He was courteous, professional, and always available for consultation, too. The day of our fence construction was led by Aurelio who was very competent and friendly. Our work was completed in one day - just as promised. In addition to installing a high quality and great looking new western cedar fence, we were most impressed with the focus on customer service which Texas Fence provided along the way during our job. The installation of one of the new fence posts closest to our house accidentally caused a water sprinkler line to be damaged. However, Texas Fence (true to their contract) coordinated this repair quickly and all is well! We highly suggest that you contact Texas Fence to provide an estimate for your next new fence, too! We received three estimates but opted not to take the cheapest estimate. The reason? We were really impressed with the looks of another Texas Fence installation performed in our area and became confident that they would do us a great job, too! They absolutely did. Win/win!"

"The work was done about 15 months ago but family matters and COVID got in the way of me writing this earlier. Cactus replaced roughly an acre of dilapidated 3-rail horse fencing for us. We paid a 50% deposit in March 2019. Due to the pasture being soft because of wet weather and their backlog, work did not begin until June 2019. The job was done very well with what we think are good materials for a fair price. Arthur and his crew have the tools, heavy machinery, knowledge, experience, and dedication to do a very good job, including removing and grinding out some small and medium tallow and hackberry trees that had grown through the old fence line. Arthur and the crew were careful and polite and pretty quiet compared to some other crews we’ve had out here for other kinds of jobs. Overall, the job site was kept clean. The only problem we had during the job – and it didn’t result in any serious problems thank goodness - was that if the Arthur or the supervisor were not on the site for some reason, we sometimes had problems communicating with the crew. The work was finished in roughly a week’s time, and we were very satisfied with it. In early May 2020, a neighbor’s unusually large hackberry tree blew down along the fence line and knocked down several sections of the new fence. It was a real tribute to the workmanship and materials that so little was damaged. While we were inspecting the tree damage, we noticed a very small number of very minor workmanship problems that had emerged over the previous year. We were very satisfied with the price and work Cactus had done for us on the original installation, so we contacted Cactus about repairing the tree damage and correcting the minor workmanship problems. Arthur gave us a very good price to replace the sections damaged by the neighbor’s tree and also honored the warranty on the minor problems. Just as before, his crew did a terrific job with no fuss or muss. The only suggestion I would make is that Arthur is always extremely busy and you will need to be persistent and patient in contacting him. He spends a lot of time out in the field with his crews on jobs and can be hard to get a hold of sometimes, but he is very customer and quality focused."

"Outstanding customer service . James with Delta fence and his crew did an exceptional job on my wood fence. They use quality heavy duty material, others company’s bids were based on lesser material such as 1x6 rot boards where James used 2x8 as rot boards. Others bid the job based on 2 runner boards, James bid it based on 3 runner boards. Delta also has a much heavier top cap verses the others. The fence is beautiful and sturdy, if you want a great fence instead of an ordinary fence call James at Delta"

"Called provider to set up an appointment to see fence condition and measure total distance to be stained.  Rep arrived on time for this appointment.  During this visit, fence was measured and we were shown all the various type and colors available. We questioned that advantages of those presented.  Very impressed with rep's explanations.  We were sent pictures of work they had performed representing three of the colors we would select.  Rain presented a problem causing delays in getting work completed.  We and company maintained communications and were finally arrived at a day to perform work.  Staff can and work took several hours including clean up.  Very pleased with company performance especially all phone and text responses as well and final product. <br>"
