"John was great when I called him and he was quick to come out and power wash our deck and take my money, but that?s where my positive experience ended. I made the mistake of paying them in full, up front, because I thought he seemed trustworthy and like he?d get the job done quickly. After paying him, I never heard from John again. It took 12 weeks to sand and paint my deck and a small outdoor pergola. John would not respond to my texts or voicemails, and after four different no call-no shows I eventually had to threaten to contact my attorney if the project was not completed in the next week. At that point they did send Darryl out to stain the deck, who did do a nice job. It took another month to get the pergola refinished after yet another threat to contact my attorney. Derrek came out to complete it and gave me a lot of attitude about doing so. But, it does look nice and they did a good job quality-wise. Overall, save yourself the headache and find someone else.
