"Premier Basement Waterproofing is amazing! My 100 year old basement was musty & damp. I would get inches of water after a rainstorm. Nelson installed a French drain & sump pump which immediately got rid of the water seeping in. He also put up a vapor barrier which has kept my basement dry & no longer musty. My basement is completely water free and it’s been at least 15 months. It’s an amazing difference! I wish the ceiling was higher as it would be a great living space. I would recommend you use Nelson and his team if you want your basement problems to go away! Notice the before & after pictures: "

We needed landscape remediation as water was building up in the front side of our house (during heavy rain) and wanted a new flower bed as well. I contacted them and they got back to me right away. Pierce came out to take a look and after talking to him, I was confident he had the expertise to do the work. To no surprise, he and his crew did a fantastic job. I defaulted to his opinion about what plants would look great in the flower bed. My only request was a small Japanese maple. The communication was great from start to finish. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"

His excellent crew trenched the downspout and tied in my sump pump outflow pipe to drain down the side of my property to a popup. They even cleaned up the weeded side and replaced with river rocks. The side now looks professionally landscaped. Very impressed with their work. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future."
