Vlad helped us modify the kitchen layout and choose the right cabinets, etc. About a year later we hired him to remodel a bathroom (new layout complete gut to studs), remove a wall/cabinets in our living room (fix floors and redo fireplace area) as well as install a utility sink in the basement. Vlad and his team are very responsive, respectful, timely, clean and efficient. I would absolutely hire them again."

He oversaw several subcontractors including ceiling work, framing/structural work, installation of ceramic tile, plumbing. I brought in my own HVAC subcontractor. He and his twin brother did the IKEA cabinet mounting and base cabinet framing with an eye to precision and accuracy; he also framed out our pantry project to a high level of finish and recommended dimensions for pantry doors for a good final design.
