Several days before my 1/11/14 appointment for the free video inspection I received a phone call as a reminder. On 1/11/14, Mike, who performs the video inspections, showed up promptly at 9am. This was a very interesting experience for me to actually watch a camera go through the lines. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about his work and explained what we were seeing and answered my numerous questions about easements, right of ways, and who is responsible for what based on my specific municipality. Thankfully I did not have any issues that required additional work. As I have not had sewer back up issues in the past I cannot speak to the price they charged as being high or low as it was a service call request made on a holiday and they were prompt and professional. I would recommend Snake n Rooter to anyone having sewer line back up issues. <br />"
