"Needed the siding on the side of the garage door repaired. They did an excellent job. It’s like the damage never happened. I would highly recommend."

"Tony did an outstanding job with my roof inspection. He was on time, professional, and incredibly thorough in explaining every step of the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, pointed out areas of concern in a way that was easy to understand, and provided honest recommendations without any pressure. It was clear that he truly cared about making sure I felt comfortable and informed. His expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the condition of my roof. I highly recommend Tony to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy roofing professional!"

"Twin anchors roofing replaced our roof for us in Jacksonville. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Left our property spotless, free of debris and nails. Accidentally backed into our mailbox, told us about it and replaced it. I will not hesitate using again and recommending this company. Hard to find honest contractors but was lucky to find Ritchie and his crew!"

"Excellent. The inspection was thorough, and agreed with by my insurance company (hail damage). The price was less than allowed for by my insurance company. Very courteous, responsive, and efficient. The roof looks great, no leaks, and they cleaned up everything!"

"Consolidated Roofing Systems is simply the best. From Fred and Billy and the entire crew, customer service really impressed me. I haven't seen that kind of customer service for a very long time. The workmanship is superb from start to finish. The product is definitely top of the line. I'm so glad I found this company and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a great job!!"

"Ray Bullock is my go-to for roofing needs. He has done several new rooves on my rental properties. I am always extremely happy with the service and quality of work provided."

"I had gotten 4 quotes to have my roof replaced. Not only did they come in the lowest but they were able to provide a higher quality shingle as well. They communicated well and showed up when they said. Roofing is a messy job while its going on but when done they left the yard cleaner then when they found it. The work was done very well"

"The provider was very impersonal. Did not reply to request for quotes. Did not do the work when requested. Cannot confirm that the entire gutter system was cleaned until weather gets better and I am able to climb a ladder. Some of the down spouts are draining and some are not which leads me to believe that the down spouts were not cleared and i expected this to be a part of the gutter cleaning. Did not get a condition report for my gutters with recommendations. Very disappointed in this contractor.

UPDATE: Contractor contacted me and explained that he was not offering the   $99.00 special any longer and said that he was trying to get Angie's List to remove this special for their listings. He was having a difficult time in getting Angie's List to comply. Anyway he told me he would reimburse me my $99.00 and he sent me a check. I changed my ratings that I had originally given the contractor. He made everything for me right. I really appreciate this. I still marked him down on Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism because of the delay it took for him to respond to my concerns. The Professionalism was marked down because of the first two."
