"I saw his name on line My wife and I live out of town. I contacted Dillon ,we talked. I hired him without really knowing how his work was. Have him a key to the house we had purchased. He and his workers came in and sanded the floors. Cleaned up what mess they had made and put furniture back. It was 2 months latter when I came back down to Shallotte and saw the floors. They were beautiful. Everything he said they would do was done. Beautiful job and not even knowing him or his work except what reviews were on line. "Our 12x40 foot outbuilding was in sorry shape. The roof was leaking, the outside walls were crumbling, and the doors had been destroyed in a series of storms. This company contacted us right away with a competitive quote and start date. The crew were skilled artisans who arrived on time and completed each stage of the job efficiently. The crew removed and replaced the old siding, reinforced the loft area opening up the floor space below, replaced the doors (including a custom top/bottom split Dutch style side door), and painted the exterior. We were so impressed by the work that we obtained a quote to have our covered patio painted, which required the grinding of exposed mail tips. From the beginning, Chester was a pleasure to work with. He responded promptly to my request to come bid and develop a proposal and his bid range was dead on to the final cost.

It is obvious that he has a great working relationship with his suppliers, as evidenced by the discussions as he took us to pick out our tile and plumbing fixtures. The tile design was unique and very attractive and Chester was instrumental in helping my wife and I come to a joint decision on the plumbing fixtures. He knew when to offer ideas and when to sit back.

The workmen that Chester uses were all very conscientious about the quality of the work and in keeping the work site clean. Each day, they laid out sheets across our floors to prevent dirt  from affecting the hardwoods and carpeting. They were also sensitive to any questions or concerns that we had.

We knew each week what to expect and if anything changed, Chester kept us informed immediately.

The project took about 4 weeks to complete.

Bottom line, I felt that Chester was professional, a good communicator, a good idea man, and a person that wants his customer to be happy. We are very satisfied with the work and would gladly use him again for future work of this nature.
