"Similar to other reviews Luis went above and beyond to refinish my original hardwood floors. We bought our new house and were searching for someone to do the job. After sending a couple emails, and calling for basic quotes, we went on Angi and immediately after searching for professionals Luis called. He had seen we were searching and told me he would come over the same day to check the floors and give us a quote and that was it. He set up a time to choose our stain, and even grabbed some extra so we could match our Butcher Block counters to our hardwoods. Not only did he start on our floors earlier than expected, he did an amazing job with what looked like an absolute mess before he started. We’re crazy about our floors, and even noticed that before he was finished they had added an extra touch by cleaning our air vents while the grates were off. A true professional and a good person, I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again!!"

"I had 2 bathrooms done. The material they use is very nice and easy to maintain. The best out of all the people we looked at. The salesman was very nice and very response but there are issues with our install that were not taken care of. First the product that was packed and shipped was not correct. They had the wrong size base and I had to prove it to them by taking pics with a ruler to get it correct. Next, they had the wrong color fixtures for one of the bathrooms. Then the installation team broke a panel on one and still put it up. The 3 wall panels were not all the same. one was shine, another was a completely different look on the color pattern, and one was cracked. I had to call on that. It was replaced. However, in both bathrooms the installation crew which I was told was the best dropped the one panel and gouged my floor which was left as is even though I was told it would be made correct. Since the premium carpeting we preferred was within a couple grand of hardwood, I decided to go with pre-finished hardwood.
