"To help us meet our budgetary goals on this project, he worked with us on a custom design with IKEA cabinets and several of our own purchased appliances. He oversaw several subcontractors including ceiling work, framing/structural work, installation of ceramic tile, plumbing. I brought in my own HVAC subcontractor. He did electrical work and finish carpentry. He and his twin brother did the IKEA cabinet mounting and base cabinet framing with an eye to precision and accuracy; he also framed out our pantry project to a high level of finish and recommended dimensions for pantry doors for a good final design. He was quick to fix a couple of minor edits (outlet placement, drawer functionality with base cabinet infrastructure) to ensure we were happy with the final results. "Roger made and installed new cabinets in our kitchen. The cabinets are beautiful. I called him and we met that week to discuss what I was looking for. We discussed and set a price that night. He then gave me a time line of about 6 weeks. I was remodeling my entire kitchen so I had other people lined up to complete other portions of the kitchen. He called and delayed the arrival of the cabinets twice - this caused me to have to reschedule the other people I had coming twice. The total delay was just over a month. He did always return my phone calls, the one month remodel turned into three months without a ktichen."
