The company is defined by how they handle difficult situations. Without going into great detail, there was a good faith mistake made. As soon as Robert, the owner of the company, was made aware of the situation, he immediately called, took responsibility for the situation and rectified it. He was professional, a good listener, and insightful in his responses and solutions. "They had to replace a diverter cartridge but they broke it. Initially, they told me that everything was fine but then I noticed that the water was dripping and not diverted correctly. They claimed that the spout dripping was normal and I had Grohe sent me a new part to be installed. The new plumber who replaced it showed me how the initial diverter's spring was broken during installation. Very disappointing, especially the fact that they did not take ownership of breaking the part and charged me an exorbitant amount for installation. They wanted the same exorbitant amount to install the new part."
