"We've hired Sauser for multiple projects to clean up the back yard, side of house, front yard, and put in some hedges. It can sometimes take a long time for them to fit you into the schedule, but when they do, it's worth the wait. Mr. Ruiz's team works fast and produces quality work. He takes concerns seriously, and doesn't mind adding extras in, for a fee of course! We've gotten many compliments on how our yard looks now from people walking by in our neighborhood while I've been out watering. My only recommendation is to contact them early in the year as they get booked up pretty fast!"

"We've hired A Step Up for at least three years now, spring and fall, to clean our exterior windows and gutters. They have always done a nice job, cleaned up gutter debris and been responsive to concerns. A picture window was missed last year and they promptly returned to clean it when I pointed out the oversight. Their overall price is competitive. I have noticed that they do not accept the Angie's List coupons/discounts if your home falls under their 'minimum order'. Our home is ~ 2,300 square feet, so not huge, but we do have a lot of windows (~30), so I was surprised that we fell into the 'minimum order' category. Nice work for a competitive price - I would recommend them."

"Excellent. We have over 20 mature trees in our back yard and a few in the front (about 1/2 acre "city" lot). Jeff came out with five of his team and had the entire lawn cleaned up in about 45 minutes! He had the right equipment to do the job. They worked very efficiently and very well together. They vacuumed the front yard and hauled those leaves away. But we asked that they mulch the leaves in the back yard and put them into our vegetable garden, which was a special request that another company I received a bid from would not do. Jeff and team took care of the special request with no trouble and did a great job. Jeff was professional and responsive from the time of the bid request to completion of the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and his team to anyone. They did a great job."
