"The guys from Mercer Island Floor Coverings arrived on time and repaired our condo's carpet quickly and well. They even found another area that was unraveling and repaired it at no extra charge. They were friendly and efficient and I highly recommend them."

"Work was done more quickly than I expected, about three hours as I recall.  It takes me at least 2 hours to vacuum the entire house.  Carpets looked a bit better, and in their defense the carpets are eight years old, but I expected a bit more.  Now a few weeks after, they look as they did before. They forgot the Scotchguard so we had to reschedule that, but they were very apologetic.  The two young men who did the shampooing were very professional and polite, and I had no qualms about leaving them in the house when we left.  I called them last week to let them know my concerns. They sent a gentleman out, who also was very professional, and he redid the areas of concern and they do look quite a bit better.  Overall I would give them a B+.

"Excellent. The crew was professional, courteous and did a great job. We would highly recommend Five Star Carpet Repair. The company is Bonded, Licensed and Insured."

"Great. We went through the Costco program and that is how we found Haight Carpet. We had several companies provide bids for us and theirs was very competitive. We also loved working with their sales person Mark. he was so helpful and guided us through the process and acknowledging our needs to give us the best product that would work for our family and lifestyle. The installer Alexi was fast and really good at what he does. Would highly recommend them over and over. They are now installing the backsplash in our kitchen next week. They are great and easy to work with."

"Tobias did great job, worked quickly, efficiently and provided great input answering our questions. Will definitely recommend to my friends and anybody who asks for carpets stretching and repair."

"MFS did an excellent job! The installer was able to complete the project in 1 day, and it included removing the old carpet. I would hire them again."

"Adam was fantastic. He came out looked at the issues and quickly offered suggestions for the fix and quoted a very fair price. John the installer was diligent, professional and measured over and over again to make sure it was correct. Beautiful result. We would give him a higher rating if possible!"

"Fitter completed a two-day project on time, and the results are incredible. We selected pure white for the tub and shower, and the bathroom looks brand new because of these additions. Dave and Erin were very professional, and the ease with which they moved through the installation process was smooth and seamless. It was a great decision to upgrade! The home is 22 years old, and this new upgrade makes us feel like we are back in a new house."

"Premier Painting did a solid job painting the exterior of our house. During the bid process, I was skeptical about this company, as their bid came in at about 60% of the two highest bids we received. The fourth bid was about $1000-1500 higher than Premier's. My wife convinced me to go with Premier, primarily based on their good online reviews. But I was still nervous that going with the lowest bidder would bite us later. They started the job about a week later than anticipated, which was not unexpected, given that other jobs prior to ours could have been affected by weather. Once the guys powerwashed and prepped the house, the rest of the job was completed within 3-4 days (two-story, 2600 sq ft house). After the painting was done, I noticed several spots that looked a bit sloppy (body paint bleeding over to trim, for example) as well as some defects in the siding that had not been fixed prior to painting. I asked Matthew to come by for a walk-around, which he did, and he agreed that there were several areas that needed fixing. Those areas were addressed within the week. Overall, I think the house looks great. There are some areas of siding that look pretty rough, which probably could have used sanding/fixing prior to painting, but Matthew informed me that this type of attention costs more and was not within the scope of his quote. Whether the more expensive companies would have fixed these areas and made the house look more perfect, I cannot say. Of course, it's also impossible to comment on the longevity of this paint job, but I will certainly post an update if the paint job seems to be failing within the next 5-7 years. I can say that I would use Premier Painting again."

"1. They gave me a price for a repair and it was competitive. 2. They were honest to tell me that I only need to repair and not to replace my entire roof. 3. They did a quick and good work. (No leaks since then). 4. We financed the work. 5. Excellent communication."
