We couldn't be more pleased!  I've never seen that condo look so beautiful and it wound up selling at full price within about 3-4 days. There are identical units on the market that have not received any offers including one that is staged but unattractively so. "I first contacted Doug by phone and set up a date to meet at my place by email. Doug was very responsive to all of my email requests.  He set up an appointment within a week of contact and promptly showed up at my place to take a look at my idea and assess the situation.  He spent over an hour out in the rain taking careful measurements.  He was wonderfully polite and professional and caught on to my ideas quickly.  His wife and kids came to pick him up at the end of this appointment and we had a delightful time talking!  Doug then got down to work on my drawings and sent me the first round within a week.  I had several suggested changes so I sent these ideas back to him.  This time he had the changes incorporated within just a couple of days.  He gave me a projected date of about 3 weeks by which time he would send me a CD of the official drawings.  He met with me a few days <em>before</em> the projected date and brought me the CD.  He then began contacting General Contractors for me to come and bid the project.  It is about a month later now and I have received quotes from 3 contractors.  I will be sending Doug a request for a couple of changes to the drawings which I am sure he will accomplish in not time based on his previous track record.  Overall, Doug was fun and wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend his services to friends and family! <br />"

"There is a lack of a prompt response in removal of furniture. The owner prefers phone calls rather than written correspondence, this makes me suspicious. I like having a paper trail. The property has sold and closing is on 11/26/17. Vicki Town has not been returning phone calls. I can't get a commitment from her that she will remove the furniture by 11/26/17."
