"Oniver and his crew were one of the most efficient roofing crews I’ve ever witnessed. They did a tear off and replacement that included 14 sheets of new 1/2” plywood in just two days. They cleaned up each day and even ran a magnet over my yard to collect roofing nails. His crew was friendly and always smiling even on a very hot day. Oniver came out and checked on the work and returned the following day to address any concerns. I appreciate their reasonable bid and accommodating my schedule during a very busy roofing season. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish. We got several bids, and went with Metropolitan, as they did our neighbor's roof several years ago and they recommended them; but it was Clint's upfront integrity, knowledge of the product, and clear guidance in the whole process that sold us. These qualities have obviously been instilled in his crew, and his office staff; their response to our questions/concerns throughout this whole process was handled right away, either by them, or by Clint himself. We also had two skylights replaced by them when the roof was done, and they did a brilliant job; they also specialize in skylights, and again, Clint was quite knowledgeable in both the products and the process of installing them, as was his crew.
