"I called about three companies after we found out that our homeowner's insurance would be void if we didn't have our interlocking roof replaced in a time frame of about two months.  This company was recommended by our home inspector, so my expectations were pretty high.  I sure was surprised that not only did I talk to Dave, the owner, the first time I called, but he came out to our house the very next day to do an estimate.  He was very personable and straightforward which was a good sign. <br /> <br /> We told him about our homeowners insurance being void in a couple months and he had no problem getting us taken care of within the next week.  Mind you, this was the beginning of the summer, which I imagine is prime time for roofing   The day of the job, it wasn't some third party contractors that showed up to do the job either, it was Dave, and his own workers.  This is what really sold us on them; they had decades of experience in the business and they were local.  I was really surprised that Dave was there in the morning, during the job, and did a walk through with my wife when the roofing job was complete. <br /> <br /> The only minor hiccup we experienced, was getting the chimney boarded up the same day.  That took a few phone calls, but within a few weeks they came out and finished the chimney in a couple hours.  Again, Dave showed up and explained why it had taken a bit longer (needed to order materials, had a couple larger jobs to complete prior to ours, etc.).  Now, while I wish everything would've been done the same day, I was ecstatic that our roof was complete within a week's time.  I completely understood that we were put ahead of some other jobs because of our situation so this was a minor thing. <br /> <br /> Bottom line, stand up service, the job got done quickly, and even with the minor hiccup, I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great roofing experience."

"I made an agreement with Guy (at Handy Guy Services) to clean my gutters. The first gentleman who came out was not able to complete the job but he did let Guy know an Guy came to the house and completed the job to my satisfaction. <br /> <br /> I will use Handy Guy Services again. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"Wish I could give more information but generally they were friendly, on time, knowledgeable, honest, competent. They answer their phones, come when they say they will, it costs what they predict except when they find something unexpected & then it's reasonable and they tell me before they do the work, and they get it done fast and the right way the first time. Only gave them a B on price because they're not high or low compared to other places. Also, they've never had to come back and redo something after the fact. We got a new central AC unit a couple years ago and it's been fine ever since. <br />"
