Another thing I respected was that he was extremely clean when he was working - I never came home to a house that was destroyed; the floors were clean (even before the floors were redone), any tools were put away and not laying around, wherever he had tool boxes or tools, he protected the surface that it was on (be it old flooring or new counters). I enjoyed working with Jay, and I have hired him for another job already. I highly recommend using him for your next home remodel. "My wife and I wanted a deck for long time. I did a basic design of what we wanted then contacted different contractors for a quote. I called, left a message and he called me back in the evening. I showed my design, he made few suggestions to modify the initial design. Suggestions were actually really smart and made save lot of room compare to my initial plan. Price was really reasonable compare to quotes I had from other contractors. <br /> Following monday, he was at my house with one of his guys, with all tools and materials. Tuesday evening, the deck was done and the result was beyond my excpectations. The deck is really pretty, well build and sturdy. The house itself will probably go down before the deck. <br /> I know he had worked on other indoor and outdoor remodeling projects since. One of the bar at the HUB I think. <br /> I definitly recommend his services and will certainly call him back for my other personal projects. <br />"

"I did Delta Design come to my house. He is very good and thorough. They are kind of expensive. My neighbour used them a lot so he has been very satisfied with their work. They do excellent work but sometimes you pay extra for that, you know, if you have planning material and all that, expertise and that sort of thing. You end up paying more for... but because he didn't actually give me a written estimate. He was just giving me an impression of what he thought of the project may cost. I can only go with what my neighbor has told me, I don't have any direct experience. He was very responsive. He didn't charge me anything for the visit, so that's good, you know. He just did it for free."
