He showed up on time and unfortunately got caught in the monsoon rainstorm and had to leave but returned the next day and finished the job. I would highly recommend him and will use him for any future jobs that I may have. "

Rather than addressing the situation professionally, Neil Kumar responded with baseless assumptions and accusatory remarks directed at us as the customer. One such accusation was that we were trying to impose a time limit on the work which we never did. We simply scheduled an appointment and expected the person assigned to arrive as agreed. Unfortunately, that did not happen. What made the situation even more troubling were the unrelated and inappropriate racial comments made during the exchange, which came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and racially insensitive. As someone of Indian ethnicity myself, I found the experience especially disappointing and unacceptable. We will not be doing business with this company again."
