"Our builder's grade, 8 year-old fence finally blew down in a storm. The posts were rotted. Silver Leaf put up our new fence. They were awesome to deal with from start to finish. In four days, they took down our old fence and disposed of all the boards. Theydug 18" hole for the new metal posts (no small feat since we have a very rocky backyard). They were very polite and communicative, and talked to us before and each step of the way. When my husband asked for some minor changes, they listened and accommodated us. They showed up on time each morning and left the yard looking neat each evening. We were very pleased with the whole process and the outcome."

"Problems were: 1. Finding their office to discuss installation of fence was almost impossible. Just finding a fence company was a chore. 2. We had to keep calling to find out when we would be on the schedule. Small town and so you have to get in line which we are not use to that coming from a big city where there is plenty of competition, so in all fairness our C is partly do to small town services/big city services. Once we were on the schedule they were very responsive to keep us up to date on our scheduling. Rain bumped us back a few days. Quality: We have not had a chain link fence in over 30 years and the quality we had back then was so much better than today so we were comparing what we had to what we got. We had not really looked at any chain link fences in a while so our disappointment was more our fault. Customer contact: Contact person was very informative, upfront, pleasant and easy to work with. She smoothed out the wait and delays. Price: Again, we have not priced chain link fences so we may be all off in this point. We were just happy to find a place who could talk to us and that could put one in for us. All factors considered and after it has been installed we are pleased with the outcome and that is why we gave them an A in overall satisfaction."

"An old aluminum bench was peeling paint. They sand blasted the old paint off and applied new paint (powder coating). The bench was as good as new and has remained that way for over 5 years."

"The fence looks great. Communication with Luis could have been better. I think emailing a page of FAQ when confirming the deal, to address who to pay on the work day, do I need to be present for any part of the project. And most importantly communicate the start time. I held off going to work the first day thinking thy would be there around 8. I texted night before for start time and got the reply next morning at 830 after I also called. To find they weren’t coming until 11 and I could have left for work already. And when it says Inthe agreement leave 1 foot room for workers- better leave 3 feet. I moved plants and put up a temporary fence panel to hold one plant out of the way. That panel removed, plants crushed. Day two saw them bring 2x4s in yard and toss them on ground crushing more plants. They need more room than 1 foot clearly . The stepped on /crushed 2 plants in the from yard along driveway where they stored the wood the first night. No mention or apology. Again, fence looks great. Best price of 4 quotes. Communication on what to expect on install day could be better"
