"It was a great experience.  All of our frozen food in the freezer of our outdoor refrigerator thawed and melted so they came out right away.   They replaced the thermostat and the refrigerator started working properly.  However, within a week the freezer side of the refrigerator would not freeze again.  They came out right away and found that the fan motor had worn out.  They replaced it and did not charge me anything.  Love this company!

"I bought a washer and dryer set from this provider. For both (and they were a bit older), it was only $350 total. They delivered it and installed it for free! I ordered it on a Tuesday and was doing my laundry by Friday- very, very easy. They also offered a free 30 day warranty. I did not have to use it and have yet to have any issues with the laundry machines. I'm extremely glad I did not pay for a new washer/dryer, I saved close to $1000!!

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
