"Team Enoch did excellent work and service in replacing my water heater. Very quick in responding and provided same day service. Juan did an excellent job and was very complete and thorough with the installation. Did a wonderful job insulating the pipes, reconfiguring the pipes and putting in a drain pipe for the pan. After completion, he explained about the water heater, temperature settings and the pilot and answered all my questions. Great work and service!! Highly recommended!!"

"The first appointment for this repair had to be rescheduled but, I was kept informed and, I understand that emergency repairs must take precedence, if it was my main drain stack that required repair I would want it done immediately too! "Roto-Rooter sent out a technician named Freddy. Freddy was a well mannered and respectful gentleman who showed up early and worked quietly and efficiently to finish the job. He answered questions clearly. I recently hired another company to do simple work and they wanted far more, so I turned them down. Freddy discounted the faucet installation since he was already there to do the drain work. All work areas were left clean.
