I did not want to remove my door jamb which was in great shape to hang a door. I called KW company early one morning and by noon Kristin was at my door. She looked at the pantry and told me she could build one. And she did exactly that the very next day! She took a piece of thinner piece of wood and cut it to fit perfectly) without taking off my door frame. She didn't charge me a arm and leg to do it. I love my door and show everyone who comes over. I tell them a Woman built this! Prices are reasonable and they are professional. I will call them for my next project."

"When I called, I was able to set up an appointment for the next day and the service time was arranged around my availability. The technician who arrived was very polite and professional.  He diagnosed the problem (grinding noise from the opener) as actually being due to the friction of the rubber rollers in the track of this double door. He suggested replacing them with a plastic/silicone roller and also replacing the spring, which had been painted over when the builder spray painted the garage.  He quoted me a price for the work and the parts on the spot (including tax), so that I could make an informed decision. "They are top notch. They are super professional. They're like super knowledgable. It's ridiculous.n It's almost like they know everything that they need to know about their job like they're experts basically. Last month we had a shower go out and they came like immediately. They cost money. It's hard to explain. I guess a "A" because you get what you pay for. That's the only way I can put it in a positive way. They're expensive. But you're getting professional plumbers. You're not getting anybody that doesn't know what they are doing. Everything's a "A". Those guys are A one. I'll use them. They're worth the money. It was a weird situation where it was like, I wanna say, $800 or something but they came out, it was an emergency call on the weekend and it was going to be time and a half. So they came out two times and I got billed for both times. So a $800 project came out to like $1100 instead, which was a lot but they came out on the weekend."
