"GREAT! They conducted a review of my slate roof, facilitated repairs and provided a complete report on my roofs "health""

"Leo and Ricardo showed up to look at the job on time and they were very professional. They evaluated all the troubled spots and took pictures. They provided a comprehensive quote within a day or two complete with the photos they had taken. I had a few questions on the quote which May in the office tried to answer. Once she was unable to answer some of these questions she had Leo and Ricardo call me. May is very easy to get in touch with but Leo and Ricardo are a little more difficult to reach since they are out in the field all day. Once I approved the quote the were at the house the next day to erect scaffolding. They also were expecting a deposit from me which was never made clear so there was a little confusion there. Our house was built in 1884 so after they started work they discovered the roof was in worse shape then they originally anticipated. They were quick to send photos of the condition of the roof but I was never given a firm price as to what the additional costs would be. They completed work in 3-4 days and clean up was done professionally. The additional work they needed to do was significant and I was never fully made aware of what this was until I received the final bill. I trusted Farina that the price Farina billed me on the additional work was fair. This is based on the other quotes I received from other roofers-all of which seemed either too simplistic of a fix or far too comprehensive and expensive considering the size of the leaks."

"Did a wonderful job on my roofing repairs. Showed up timely and was very professional."

"roof repaired & new cutter installed."

"It was fantastic ! They replaced my missing shingles on my roof ?"

"My roof was leaking in my attic. Luckily I caught it pretty quick. The guys at F.S exteriors came over and fixed my roof. The roof on the house I had bought was pretty old and we eventually replaced the whole roof through them. Great guys and super efficient."

"They were fastest to respond and were able to put patch the roof the same day."

"I had an excellent experience with the owner, who did all the work. He was responsive and punctual and did everything he said he would. A roof repair is really a blind item, so time will tell how good the work was, but I have no doubt that Damion Smith will stand behind his work. I would hire him again."

"I have been in the Real Estate industry for 40+ years and regularly refer my clients to FRS for roof repairs and replacements. They are professional, timely, and cost efficient. I would highly recommend them for their services."
