He did this by hand cutting down on the dust that would have been kicked up by tools. He was very tidy and thorough. He did an excellent job cutting out and replacing framing that had been damaged by carpenter ants and termites minimizing the collateral damage to the walls. I really appreciated his recommendations on other areas that I will need to repair like drywall, plaster and insulation.
