"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"Called them for a repair and Doug came out and found some hail damage. He met our adjuster at the house a couple of days later and got the ins to pay for the damage. The repairs were made and no mess left behind. Great company! <br />"

"They quoted a price over the phone and then increased the charge when they got to the house. They said the increased charge was due to the fact that they considered our crawl space a second level to our home. The price they quoted was for a single story house, which is what our house is. Our crawl space is the height of a level of the house in the back of the house where they were working, so we agreed to pay the higher amount. Just wish we'd known to expect that. <br /> They cleaned the gutters just fine, I suppose. But several months later all of the water is running out of one corner of the gutter. We have guards on our gutters, and that has not been an issue in the seven years or so we've owned the house. We called PI roofing back to tell us if the gutters/downspouts are clogged again or if the gutters are unbalanced. They said they are clogged again and they offered to sell us GutterGuards for $600. Maybe they did everything right and it's just natural that our gutters are clogged again, but I'm just not sure. In the future, we might consider using PI Roofing again, but I think I'd want to look around a little more before. <br />"

After completing they showed the features of the shelter then filled out all necessary paperwork to submit for rebates, all I had to do was sign and mail. "Excellent experience from initial contact by the sales/estimator representative to final clean-up. Product was delivered on schedule and put in place on the roof quickly. Foreman showed up as soon as a few days of rain stopped to deliver trailer and was very knowledgeable and helpful on what to expect in time and inconvenience. Crew showed up on time and worked quickly and did the full job Friday thru mid-day Sunday to minimize time of inconvenience. Job looks great and they did a great job of clean-up."

"Daniel Mitchell gained my confidence from our first meeting. I talked with several roofing contractors, they all asked 4-5 questions and had an estimate ready in about 15 minutes. He spent over an hour with me, asked dozens of questions and offered a lot of advice and options. His estimate was not the cheapest, but definitely on the lower side. It was also the most detailed, listing types and prices of all necessary materials, right down to the cost of the nails. <br /> I needed extensive repairs on a back porch roof and had several other areas that needed smaller repairs, along with 3 layers of shingles to be removed. "Chuck came out within a couple hours. I was very concerned as I backed out of my garage with my garage door opener in hand as I have two Houdini dogs. I accidentally touched my garage door opener bringing the door down and hit my garage door with my car! I hit it pretty good. I was so cautious about calling a repair man. I thought it would cost a fortune. Chuck fixed my garage door within an hour and only charged me $130 and this is after I told him I had took my metal fence post driver and banged my garage door trying to fix it myself.
