They were very professional: Walked us through the process, showed us various options, and did an excellent job of removing and installing. We've received many compliments about how good these doors look. Now, four years after Precision installed the doors, they returned at my request to install an external key pad. The service man arrived at the scheduled time and was polite and professional. He installed the key pad, checked out how the doors were working, and answered some questions that we had.
