He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. More significantly, it also involved completely remodeling the en-suite bath and closet of the second largest bedroom, into a large bathroom with roll in shower, tiling all floors (including bedroom), adding drywall and a pocket door, painting, installing all bathroom fixtures. All was done with excellent workmanship, on a very tight schedule, and to our complete satisfaction. Pinto is a joy to work with and we will be using them again for other projects in our new home."
