"The whole experience was good from Chuck (salesman) visit to our home for measurements, our visit to the store to choose the carpet style and color, pricing and scheduling. They were able to schedule us for the next week. The crew that arrived to do the work were professional, courteous, helpful and very thorough. They arrived at around 9AM and were done by 3PM. The job included carpeting in the great room/dining area, two bedrooms, hallway and closets. They cleaned everything, replaced all the furniture exactly as we wanted and removed all the old carpet and padding. Before they left, they made sure that we were happy with everything.
