"We purchased a new to us dryer and it wasn't drying well and there was a bad smell. the repair person said it was probably a bad vent. We called Jose and he came and cleaned out the vent in a timely fashion. The drying time improved but there was still a bad smell when we used the dryer. We had the appliance guy come back and he couldn't find anything wrong. We called Jose again and he returned and said there was nothing wrong in the vent. as he looked further into the problem he said that the problem was in the plug and we needed an electrician.
