"I had a few issues with this service. They wouldn't disclose who they were using as a sub contractor. I wanted to know who was in my home and I didn't appreciate the fact that they didn't disclose that information to me. Additionally I felt like they did a lackluster job re insulating the attic. To me it seemed that they just moved the insulation around, rather than adding more. What I will say is that the subcontractor they used to repair the chimney did a good job. Overall however, the experience was not a good one."

"<p>We have used House Doctors on many occasions. He is our go to Fix-it guy. During a very bad storm recently we noticed that we had dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen. Just enough to fill a shot glass. I went up into the attic above were the water came out but couldn't find any water/leak. We called them to make an appointment. they were booked solid on this day. They called back soon after and said he was fairly close to our neighborhood and would be there in a couple of minutes. He went up into the attic and said there was no leak. It was just the very high winds (30+mph) that blew some rain up into our ridge vent in the roof which just happens to be right above the kitchen. It took him just 10 min out of his very busy day to relieve our stress and anxiety, and to that we are extremely grateful. I will keep using them and would recommend them to everybody. I actually have a couple of his business cards in my wallet for when someone asks me "If I know a guy who can......." </p> <br />"

"It worked like a charm, I spent at least 2 weeks, and I called maybe 10 contractors just to come and give me a bid on it. One contractor gave me a bid of 2400 Dollars, another one said 1480 Dollars, and out of the 10, 3 told me they couldn't get to me until August. 3 or 4 could only do part of the job. Bull Dog came over, looked at it, gave me a bid right on the spot. I called him earlier this year for another project. They give you a bid for the labor and for the material, which I really don't mind, because he gives me all the receipts of what he bought. He gave me an approximate of what materials we needed. When he was done, he told me that there was a little more involved than he though, but he did exactly what I wanted. He came over on Tuesday, and he started on Thursday and was finished on Friday."

"I found the site over the web and contacted thecompany. From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me. They supplied detailed instruction to my contractor for installation and were available via phone for consult during the process. I am very pleased."
