Nathan was great in diagnosing our problem which turned out to not be the oven unit but it was the wiring going to the ovens. He had the correct tools for removing the heavy ovens and finished the job in about a hour. Although we had to hire an electrician to repair the damaged wiring we were please that Nathan was able to determine the cause of the problem and confirm that our oven had no problems. Overall we were extremely please with the service rendered and will use and recommend them in the future."
