"Project was install a new water heater. what a great group of service people. Pleasure to have in my house. Knew what to do, explained what they were doing so to educate me to make intelligent decisions on the work. Gave me heads up on any future problems they saw. "The Delaware Plumbing Professionals (DPP) that installed my products were Ryan and Anthony. I was very happy with the products and services provided to me. Here are things I want to express in no particular order. 1. Ryan/Anthony were on time. 2. They answered all of my questions. 3. I feel good knowing that my water hardness has decreased and the amount of chlorine in my water is less. (Artesian adds a lot of chlorine.) 4. I now get suds when I shampoo my hair. 5. My water tastes better. 6. I don't get orange rings in my toilet. 7. Ryan/Anthony are nice guys and a pleasure to talk to. 8. I was not pressured into buying anything. 9. "I have a maintenance contract. Today Fabian came out. He was very thorough. He spent two hours at my condo performing all kinds of tests. Before he left he went over things I could do to get better performance from my heater. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to pressure me into picking something. He emailed me (while in the truck) options and also explained different ways to pay for it. He noticed the oxygen in my home. My husband had CHF and COPD so I was specifically interested in the ways I can help his breathing better. I believe in todayâ s environment itâ s difficult for companies to get really good employees. This young man , 20, had a great work ethic and a bright future. Very pleased with the service I have received. Thank you Harris."

"They were summoned by my Home Warranty Company. The 75 fee is my required co-pay from the warranty co. My hot water heater is 15+ years old. They welded a pipe on the bottom of the leaking heater. Work was done right, it stopped leaking. 2 weeks later they were back for another leak, the relief valve. The hot water needs to be replaced but my warranty co wants it repaired if that is possible, so that's not Clear Water's fault. After the 2nd repair, we probably could have had it authorized for replacement but the "items not covered clause (again not the fault of Clear Water, set by warranty co) would have cost 400 - 500 dollars. The heater is gas powered and we would like to convert it to electric. We have an estimate of 895 for the whole job, and the type of heater we want. I think there charges for the extra items are high. There work and professionalism and punctuality were good but I can get that elsewhere for less.
