Hi there I’m Leo with Ace Landscape & Mowing.\nWe’re here to provide good quality landscaping services!

"First, we had them build new retaining walls approximately 140' bordering the back and sides of our home. They removed a smaller retention wall and old concrete patio and replaced it with new walls and patio paver blocks. Behind the retention walls almost all the landscaping was replaced with a couple exceptions. All of our homes downspouts were put underground into the yard. They finished planting most of the plants just before the winter freeze. They, also, took out 2 large willow trees, ground the roots, and planted 2 new maple trees in their place. In our second project, they replaced all the paver bricks and retention walls bordering the front of our home and driveway. They built a brand new set of paver/concrete combination stairs into our yard where it was needed. There were transplants of bushes, as well. Thirdly, they put in irrigation drainage on the west side of our property which was needed. We also have used Rojas Landscaping for all of our lawn mowing, as well as spring and fall cleanups through the years. They have always done a beautiful job - we couldn't be happier with their work. Lino Rojas is a pleasure to work with. He understands all of our landscaping needs and we trust him with any helpful ideas. He always provides a solution to our questions. The company has always been professional, on time, provide quality workmanship, and always the best pricing. We couldn't recommend them more for any job you may have."

"They were able to remove all of the debris. I have also used them for a cleanup job, and they also removed a tree. I have found them reliable, and very reasonable."

"I've had the pleasure of working with AQ Landscaping over several seasons and have always been 100% satisfied with the results of the work done, the value received, and the professionalism of Arturo (the owner) and his crew. Arturo's attention to detail is noteworthy, even improving areas of my yard that are hard for anyone to see. He told me that he wanted everything done to the highest standard, as it is representative of his business. I love that I highly recommend AQ Landscaping and look forward to working with them in the future."

"Carlos was absolutely amazing! Not only did he do a great job cutting my lawn, he also listened to some of my other landscaping concerns/wishes, came up w/ a plan, and worked w/ me to get it all figured out financially. He’s as good as it gets, and doesn’t cost as much as other reputable landscape companies. Thanks again, Carlos!"

"Mike was prompt, professional, and an effective communicator. TriStar arrived early in the morning to install our new fence and finished installation promptly. We were impressed not only by their speed, but also at how well everyone understood and worked at their role in the fence installation. While one gentleman was digging holes, the other was removing the old fence, and the others were carrying in supplies to streamline the process so it went smoothly. We have already received compliments on our newly installed fence and I would be happy to hire Mike and his crew/Tristar to complete other landscaping needs, as well as recommend their fence work to friends, family, and neighbors. Thank you Mike and TriStar Fencing and Landscaping!"

"Maria and her team did an excellent job producing a quality, beautiful end result improving our curb appeal immensely. Her team worked extremely hard and were always a pleasure to have at the house, would hire Maria and the team again for futures projects/enhancements."

"After coming to our home promptly to provide an estimate on the job, Mr Castro (logistics/sales) did the measurements and offered some suggestions. We then advised that we were constrained by a budget and time, that we had already spoken to other contractors, but liked potentially what he and his company had to offer, he responded that he would have our estimate/proposal by the end of the business day or early the next. As it turned out we heard nothing. We called him, his office and left a message. Two several days later, and after talking with other contractors, we did talk to Mr Castro and another employee of the company. He apologized and stated that the estimate/proposal was forthcoming. When we finally received it on line it was way above our targeted budget. It was much more than their competitors, but given the information we saw on Angie's List and the glowing reviews, we thought we would try to work something out - even if we had to go above our tight budget - and in light of our time constraints. Mr. Castro, and presumably his superiors, balked at reducing the price. We therefore lowered our expectations as to what we wanted and asked that they recalculate the cost. They seemed to take their sweet time about it. Plus, during subsequent conversations between Mr. Castro and my spouse, it seemed that they weren't particularly interested in our business, once again hesitating to come to a consensus on the final price. We even noticed an authorized change in the type of materials being used ( a difference in the brand/type of pavers to be installed). When we brought it to their attention they made the change but the bid was still too high. We didn't hear from them for about a week or more, by which time we decided to go with a different contractor that was willing to work with us. Given the great rating this company has had in the past I guess it has gotten to the point where they don't need to seek out business that doesn't exactly adhere to price that they set. As it turned out we did go over out budget, but the company we went with took the time to work with us an kept it on budget - and added some extras that they really didn't have to. Good customer relations goes a long way. NO ACTUAL SERVICE WAS PERFORMED OTHER THAN PROVIDING AN ESTIMATE/PROPOSAL.
