This time, I needed a new hot water tank and a new kitchen faucet installed. They are punctual, friendly, and clean up after they are done. Gary and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. Over the course of several days I observed that Gary and Forrest were detail oriented, didn't take shortcuts, and we're very concerned with doing things correctly and well.
